How do I subscribe to a product?

We've made it as easy as possible for you to subscribe to your favourite Plume products. For products with a subscription option available, you'll be able to select how often you'd like to receive your product on the product page.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped after your subscription renewal date. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you'll be given access to your personal customer portal in your welcome email where you can pause, cancel or reactivate your subscription at any time.

Can I try a product before committing to a subscription?

Absolutely, all of our subscription products can also be purchased as a one time product.
